When my passion for the image overrides my fear

When my passion for the image overrides my fear

Many times I see a great photograph But I know if I take the shot the person could flip on me it’s happened many times that’s when my passion for the image overrides my fear and at times I am known to be fearless there’s two ways to do it ask the person if your pretty sure they’re going to say yes, and if they say no you have no chance of taking the photo or take a chance anyway and hopefully you won’t get caught Well this gentleman standing at about six foot four 280 pounds caught me taking his picture I looked at him he looked at me and he said the magic words Why did you take my picture motherfucker i usually try to calm the situation down by saying I am from portraits of New York his response was I don’t give a fuck who you are I said it’s a great photo check it out I showed him he smiled said cool take some more my heart was racing knowing if it went the other way there was no way out of the subway And he could probably kill me
